Is there a habit you have that you wish you didn't?
It doesn't have to be bad per se.
It's just extremely predictable.
Here's a silly one:
When I get home, I snack on something.
I typically go with a healthier option like almonds or carrots, but sometimes I go for chips or something sweet and sugary.
Like I said, not bad. There are worse habits.
But I started to notice how locked in my body was to this routine. Then how it took effort to make a switch.

Power Acronym 169: M.V.I.
Minimum
Viable
Intervention
Tal-Ben Shahar, author of Happier and The Pursuit of Perfect shared this short acronym that can assist in making that small right decision.
What's the smallest intervention you could take that would result in the change you want to see?
For example, instead of snacking in the kitchen upon arriving home, what if I went outside with the dogs and spent a bit of extra time in the sun with them?
This small change could shift my routine enough that snacking makes no sense, might as well get to making dinner.
So, what is the Minimum (low effort, easy) Viable (likely to work) Intervention (different) that you could implement today?
