I don't know a lot about him and what he teaches but this is a simple framework that serves as a great reminder of what sales is all about.
At the end of the day, how are you helping people?
Sometimes all I want is for someone to take the lead, help me make decisions and close me like a book.
Cost isn't important to me in a moment of need. I don't know what's worse - not finding an associate or finding a person who doesn't care to help.
The world is lacking leaders who have a passion for helping people.
