The fullness and richness of human experience.
That is the essence of aliveness.
Plants are alive, but not in the same way as a puppy is alive.
Puppy's are alive but not in the same way humans are alive.
In the human experience there's living, or mere survival, and aliveness.
What does it mean to be be alive?
I reflected on this question below.

Alignment
When the gap between what I say and what I do grows apart, I am out of alignment.
When what I do is not aligned with who I'm desiring to be, I am out of alignment.
I'm focusing on closing the gap between who I am capable of being and who I am actually being.
Align the body and the mind.
The brain and the heart.
Connect with the spirit.
Love
Life without love just wouldn't be the same.

Intuition
The ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning is like having a superpower that grants you instant access to the secrets of the universe. And who wouldn't want that?
Virtue

I believe when we can unite around common values that all can benefit from, we create upward mobility for all.
